Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on order volume and your location. Orders typically ship within 5–8 business days, and full delivery can take up to 11 DAYS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. ALL FREE.
Orders
I just placed an order—when will it ship?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it right away. A tracking number will be sent after shipment.
If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
If the order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our return procedure (see Returns & Refunds).
Wrong Address
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@diudly.com with your order number and the correct address.
If the package has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change it.
Returns & Refunds
I’m not satisfied with my product. What can I do?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase amount.
